| 摘 要： | 目的分析医院床位工作效率,为医院科学管理提供依据。方法采用效率指数模型,根据该院统计报表进行计算分析。结果2008年1月-12月某院的床位工作效率均处于低效率运行状态,13个科室中,仅有3个科室床位工作效率处于高效率运行状态。结论应根据该院实际情况,适当调整科室床位,优化资源配置,提升医院社会效益和经济效益。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the sickbed work efficiency and provide evidence for the scientific management of hospital.Methods According to the hospital statistics reports,the sickbed work efficiency was calculated and analyzed by the efficiency index model.Results In 2008,the sickbed work efficiency of the whole hospital was low.Among all the 13 departments,only those of three sections were high.Conclusions It should adjust the sickbeds of departments appropriately,optimize the allocation of resources to enhance ... |
