人工颈椎间盘置换术的生物力学分析及早期临床疗效评价

摘    要:颈椎病是一种严重危害人民健康的常见病。近年来,人工颈椎间盘置换术作为治疗颈椎病的一种新技术得到了不断发展。与颈前路减压植骨融合术比较,人工颈椎间盘置换术既能良好地达到前路减压目的,又能保持颈椎病变节段的部分活动度和稳定性,且未显著增加上下临近节段活动度,取得了较好的近期临床疗效。本文参考国内外文献就人工颈椎间盘置换术的生物力学和早期临床疗效予以综述。

Abstract:Cervical spondylosis is a commonly disease seriously dangerous to people's health. As a new technique to treat cervical spondylosis, the artificial cervical disc replacement has been developed in recent years, Compared with those in anterior decompression and fusion, artificial cervical disc replacement can reach the objective of anterior decompression, keep the stability and partial motion of the segment of cervical vertebral destructive lesion, and don't increase the motion degree surrounding segment, which get clinical effects. This article reviewed the biomeehanics and short-term clinical results of artificial cervical disc re- placement according to the reference at home and abroad.
