测定有机锗营养液中有机锗与无机锗含量的实验方法

摘    要:[目的]建立测定有机锗营养液中有机锗与无机锗含量的新方法。[方法]利用阴离子交换树脂装填的色谱柱,分离有机锗营养液中有机锗与无机锗,洗脱液引入石墨炉原子吸收分光光谱仪进行测定,同时测定有机锗与无机锗。[结果]选定了最佳分离和测量条件,无机锗测定相对标准偏差为3.25%~4.93%,回收率为85.0%~105.0%。有机锗测定相对标准偏差为2.85%~8.04%,回收率为86.5%~97-3%。[结论]该法灵敏度、精密度均能满足检测工作的需要。适用于一般有机锗营养液中有机锗与无机锗的测定。
