| 摘 要： | 目的评价电子阴道镜在宫颈上皮内瘤变（CIN）及宫颈癌早期诊断中的应用价值。方法我院于2002年1月至2007年12月应用电子阴道镜检查妇科门诊病人，对可疑为宫颈上皮内瘤变及宫颈癌病例391例，对可疑部位行定位活检，与病理学检查相对照。结果慢性宫颈炎91例（23．3％），CINI级197例（50．4％），CINⅡ级72例（18．4％），CINⅢ级21例（5．4％），浸润癌10例（2．5％），CIN及浸润癌共300例。电子阴道镜检查结果与组织病理学检查结果的诊断符合率达76．7％，阴道镜诊断假阳性率为23．3％。结论电子阴道镜检查提高了宫颈病变早期诊断的准确率，其与细胞学、病理学检查结合，是宫颈癌和癌前病变筛查的重要方法，也是一种安全、实用的指导治疗及随访的临床措施。
