| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨经直肠超声引导下前列腺9针穿刺活检术对前列腺癌诊断的临床价值.方法 对160例行经直肠超声引导下前列腺9针穿刺活检术的患者资料进行了回顾性分析.结果 160例患者中检出前列腺癌42例,临床分期A期2例、B期7例、C、D期33例,如按传统6针穿刺法则会漏掉早期前列腺癌4例(4/42,9.5%).结论 经直肠超声引导下前列腺9针穿刺活检术可提高早期前列腺癌的检出率,减少漏诊率.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical value of transrectal ultrasoundguided systematic 9-sample needle biopsy on the diagnosis of prostate cancer.Methods The data of 160 patients who undergone 9-sample transrectalultrasound guided needle biopsy of the prostate were retrospectively analyzed.Results Of the 160 patients,42 had prostate cancers on biopsy;the clinical stages were as follows:2 cases of stage A,7 of B,33 of C or D.If the conventional 6-core biopsy alone was performed,4 cases of early stage prostate cancer(4/42,9.5%) would be missed.Conclusion The 9-sample transrectal ultrasound guided needle biopsy can enhance the detection rate of early stage prostate cancer. |
