| 摘 要： | 目的探讨颈椎术后急性精神障碍的相关因素和护理干预措施。方法对325例颈椎术后患者做回顾性临床资料分析，其中21例颈椎术后患者出现急性精神障碍。结果相关因素为手术和麻醉的创伤应急反应、心理因素、疾病因素、年龄因素、疼痛和睡眠因素等6项。结论诱发颈椎术后急性精神障碍的相关因素有可预见性，应针对相关的危险因素，实施有针对性的药物治疗和护理干预，以促进患者的康复。
