西酞普兰与帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的对照研究

目的:比较西酞普兰与帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的疗效和安全性。方法:将70例抑郁症患者随机分西酞普兰组36例,帕罗西汀组34例,共治疗6周,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定临床疗效,采用不良反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果:西酞普兰组显效率76.4%,帕罗西汀组的显效率74.9%,两组间比较差异无统计学意义。治疗前后HAMD评分比较两者差异有统计学意义,西酞普兰组在1、2周HAMD减分与帕罗西汀组相比差异有统计学意义。两组不良反应TESS评分比较在个别项目上差异有统计学意义。结论:西酞普兰与帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症均有良好的疗效。其中西酞普兰起效早、不良反应轻,是治疗抑郁症的良好药物。

A comparative study between citalopram and paroxetine in the treatment of depression

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of citalopram and paroxetine.Method 70 patients with depression were divided into the treating group with citalopram(n=36),the other 34 patients with the same symptoms as the control group with paroxetine.Clinical progress was examined with HAMD,and TESS.Results There was no significant difference in the efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05),but the effectual time of citalopram was remarkably lower than that of paroxetine group.Every week,there were no significant differences in TESS between the two groups.Conclusion In the treatment of depression,citalopram and paroxitine all have good curative effects.Citalopram takes quickly and has light side effects.
