辛伐他汀对男性高脂合并高尿酸血症患者血尿酸及颈动脉内膜中层厚度的影响

目的：探讨辛伐他汀对男性高脂血症合并高尿酸血症患者血尿酸的影响,以及尿酸水平与颈动脉内膜中层厚度（IMT）的关系。方法：将98例男性高脂血症合并高尿酸血症患者分两组治疗,治疗组及对照组均行低脂低嘌呤饮食及甘糖酯100mg,3次/d降脂治疗,治疗组加服辛伐他汀20mg,睡前1次,疗程均为12周;根据治疗前颈动脉超声结果分为正常组、IMT增厚组和斑块组,比较各组血尿酸变化。结果：与对照组治疗后比较,治疗组血尿酸明显降低（P＆lt;0.01）;颈动脉IMT随血尿酸水平升高而增厚（P＆lt;0.01）。结论：高尿酸血症是动脉粥样硬化的危险因素,辛伐他汀可降低其血尿酸水平。

Effect of Simvastatin on Serum Uric Acid and Carotid Artery Intimal Medial Thickness in Patients with Hyperlipidemia and Hyperuricaemia

Objective：To observe the effect of simvastatin on male patients with hyperlipidemia and hyperuricaemia,and discuss the relation between serum uric acid level and carotid artery intimal medial thickness（IMT） .Methods：98 male patients with hyperlipidemia and hyperuricaemia were divided into two groups：treatment group and control group.Conventional treatments for Diet Therapy and mannose ester were given to both groups.The treatment group took simvastatin 20 mg each night.The treatment durations in both groups were 12 weeks. Patients were divided into the IMT normal group,IMT accumulation group and atherosclerosis plaque group according to carotid artery IMT before treatment ,and the levels of uric acid were detected and compared in three groups. Results：The serum uric acid was significantly lower in the treatment group than that in the control group after treatment （P〈0.01）. The level of uric acid was positively associated with the carotid artery IMT （P〈0. 01）. Conclusions：The hyperuricaemia is a risk factor of atherosclerotic,simvastatin can reduce serum uric acid level in patients with hyperlipidemia.
