| 摘 要： | 目的:研究银杏叶中银杏内酯B的制备及纯化工艺。方法:从萃取塔塔底均匀加入乙酸乙酯进行高速逆流萃取富集;聚酰胺和大孔树脂柱层析分离与乙醇重结晶相结合纯化。结果:用该方法富集和纯化得到的银杏内酯B纯度达96.3%。结论:方法简便,成本低、污染少、安全性高,所得银杏内酯B纯度高。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the preparation and purification of Ginkgolides B from Ginkgobilobal.Methods:The extracts were solved by ethyl acetate using Hight-speed Counter-current technology;Purification Using Polyamide,Macroporous-adsorption-resin and Recrystallization by alcohol.Results:The concentrations of Ginkgolides B were over 96.3%.Conclusion:The methods were convenient,lower-cost,environment-friendly and safe.The results showed a higher recovery of Ginkgolides B. |
