| 摘 要： | 目的采用HPLC法测定合日呼-5中氧化苦参碱的含量。方法采用Shim-pack CLC-ODS柱,流动相为甲醇-0.1%三乙胺3∶8(10%磷酸调pH3),流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长210 nm。结果氧化苦参碱4.1～41 mg.L-1与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为:Y=36.804X+0.4436(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为99.4%,RSD=1.4%(n=6)。结论所用方法简便、快速、准确,适用于合日呼-5中氧化苦参碱的质量控制。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of oxymatrine in Herihu-5.METHODS Seperation was achieved on a Shim-pack CLC-ODS column and detected at 210 nm.The mobile phase was the mixture of methanol and 0.1% triethylamine(3∶8,adjust pH3.0 with 10% phosphoric acid) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.RESULTS The linear range was 4.1– 41 mg·L-1.The linear equation was Y=36.804X + 0.4436(r=0.9999).The mean method recovery was 99.4% with RSD of 1.4%(n=6).CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapide,accurate.It is suitable for the determination of oxymatrine in Herihu-5. |
