环孢菌素A联合康力龙和益血生治疗再生障碍性贫血

目的研究环孢菌素A联合康力龙、益血生治疗再生障碍性贫血的疗效。方法 64例再生障碍性贫血患者随机分为治疗组32例和对照组32例,治疗组采用环孢菌素A联合康力龙、益血生治疗,对照组采用康力龙治疗。结果治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为87.50%、62.50%,组间有显著性差异（χ^2=5.3333,P〈0.05）;治疗组与对照组的不良反应发生率分别为21.88%、28.13%,组间无显著性差异（χ^2=0.3333,P〉0.05）。结论环孢菌素A联合康力龙、益血生治疗再生障碍性贫血获得较佳疗效,且不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Treatment of aplastic anemia with cyclosporin A, stanozolol and Yixuesheng capsule

Objective To study the effect of cyclosporin A,stanozolol and Yixuesheng capsule in treatment of aplastic anemia.Methods 64 patients with aplastic anemia were randomly divided into treatment group（n=32）and control group（n=32）.The treatment group was treated by cyclosporin A,stanozolol and Yixuesheng capsule,and the control group treated by stanozolol.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 87.50% and 62.50%,respectively（P〈0.05）.The adverse reaction rate of the treatment group and the control group were 21.88% and 28.13%,respectively（P〉0.05）.Conclusion It is safe and effective to treat aplastic anemia with cyclosporin A,stanozolol and Yixuesheng capsule.
