摘    要:目的:研究5'-核苷酸酶(5'-NT)在不同类型白血病、骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)、非白血病患者和正常人中的分布特点。方法:分离100例不同白血病、3例MDS患者、9例非白血病患者和6例正常人骨髓有核细胞,以5'-单磷酸胞嘧啶核苷(5'-CMP)为底物进行细胞组织化学反应,电镜半定量分析5'-NT阳性细胞率和阳性指数。结果:5'-NT阳性反应产物主要位于有核细胞胞膜。急性髓系白血病(AML)M1、M2a、t(8;21)、t(15;17)各组细胞阳性率和阳性指数依次降低,阳性率组间差异有统计学意义(P0.01),阳性指数差异无统计学意义;M1、M2a、t(8;21)、t(15;17)和M5患者5'-NT阳性细胞率和阳性指数均显著高于MDS、非白血病患者和正常人,差异有统计学意义(P0.01);急性B淋巴细胞白血病(B-ALL)患者5'-NT阳性细胞率和阳性指数高于慢性淋巴细胞白血病(CLL),差异有统计学意义(P0.05);CLL、MDS、非白血病患者和正常人的5'-NT阳性细胞率和阳性指数低,组间及两两比较差异无统计学意义。结论:不同白血病患者胞膜5'-NT表达与白血病细胞分化程度负相关。
