常规生化检验项目组合偏好的多维标度分析

目的 了解临床医生对常规生化检验项目的组合偏好现状。方法回顾调查临床医生开据的常规生化检验申请单(n=9，701)，根据不同项目两两在同一张申请单中出现的频数，应用多维标度分析方法，构建出反映项目间组合偏好关系的偏好图。结果得到一个三维的由17个坐标点构成的偏好图，其质量较为满意(Stress=0.06389，RSQ=0.97968)。结果表明，偏好图能形象、客观地反映医生对常规生化检验项目的组合偏好现状。结论 对常规生化检验项目的消费结构有了更深入了解，为今后合理优化项目组合提供了科学的决策依据。

Analysis of Combination Preferences for Routine Clinical Biochemical Tests by Multidimensional Scaling

Objective To map the perceptual space for 17 common routine clinical biochemical tests using multidimensional scaling (MDS) techniques. Methods The subjects, 9,701 orders for routine clinical biochemical tests, were retrieved from the hospital information system to count combination frequencies of these tests and rate the corresponding mutual combination preferences. Multidimensional scaling was used to visualize the pattern of the preferences. Results A good perceptual space of three principal dimensions were reconstructed for these tests. The stress value and squared correlation (RSQ) were 0.06389 and 0.979 68 respectively. Conclusions These results suggest that the preference map can be used to accurately visualize the combination preference pattern. Also, the results may provide insights into consumption patterns of routine clinical biochemical tests as well as directions for future optimization of their combination scheme.
