摘    要:目的研究Amberlyst15在催化糖基三氯乙酰亚胺酯的糖苷化反应在复杂天然糖苷类化合物合成中的应用。方法Amberlyst15在室温下催化糖基三氯乙酰亚胺酯供体进行糖苷键合反应,高立体选择性地合成。寡糖苷。结果简便地合成了皂荚皂苷中的一个保护的三糖链片段。结论与现有方法相比,该催化体系具有实用性强、条件温和、操作简单等特点。

Application of Amberlyst 15 mediated glycosyl trichloroacetimidate-based glycosylations

Abstract:Objective To utilize Amberlyst 15 mediated glycosyl trichloroacetimidate-based in synthesis of natural complex carbohydrate construction. Methods A series of O-linked oligosaccharides were be established by Amberlyst 15-catalyzed glycosyl trichloroacetimidate donors with high stereoselectivity at room temperature. Results Use of this method permitted a convenient synthesis of a protected trisaccharide fragment of triterpene saponins gleditsiosides. Conclusion Compared with the existing techniques, this activation method is intentionally optimized to fulfill the requirements for a more practical glycosylation process, such as the mild conditions, the convenience to handle.
