颈动脉狭窄患者纤溶指标监测的研究

目的 研究颈动脉粥样硬化患者血栓前体蛋白（TpP）、D-二聚体（D-dimer．D-D）和纤维蛋白原（Fg）的变化及两者的相关性。方法 患者分为颈动脉粥样硬化合并脑梗死组、颈动脉粥样硬化组，并设正常对照组。同时检测各组TpP、D-D和Fg。结果 颈动脉粥样硬化组TpP、D-D高于正常对照组（P〈0．05），Fg与对照组差异无显著意义（P〉0．05）；颈动脉粥样硬化合并脑梗死组TpP、D-D和Fg高于单纯颈动脉粥样硬化组（P〈0．001），颈动脉狭窄组中TpP、D-D和Fg水平为重度高于中轻度（P〈0．01），中度与轻度比较差异无显著意义（P〉0．05）。结论 检测颈动脉粥样硬化患者血浆TpP、D-D和取水平变化对预防急性期脑梗死及在预后判定方面有一定价值。

Investigation of measuring the index of fibrinolytic system in patients with carotid straitness

Objective To investigate the change of thrombus precursor protein(TpP),D-dimer and fibrinagen(Fg) in patients with carotid atheroclerosis and its relationship.Methods The subjects were divided into three groups,carotid atherosclerosis with cerebral infarction group,carotid atherosclerosis group and tank control group.All subjects were measured TpT,D-dimer and Fg.Results TpP,D-dimer in carotid atherosclerosis group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05),Fg had no significant differences(P>0.05).TpP,D-dimer and Fg in carotid atherosclerosis concomitant cerebral infarction group were higher than those in only carotid atheroclerosis group(P<0.001).TpP,D-dimer and Fg in grane carotid straitness patients were higher than those in gently and moderate carotid patients(P<0.01),but in moderate carotid straitness and gently carotid straitness there were no significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion Measuring the change of TpP,D-dimer and Fg in plasma of patients with carotid straitness is very valuable to prevent the acute cerebral infarction and estimate prognesis in clinic.
