| 摘 要： | 一次性塑料血袋中的还原物质是指由血袋袋体材料迁移到抗凝剂或血液制品中的增塑剂、稳定剂、润滑剂和降解碎片等小分子有机物，这些还原物质会对血液制品的质量和被输血者产生不良影响。还原物质可用气相色谱／质谱或液相色谱／质谱进行定性定量分析，可用固相萃取或固相微萃取进行样品处理。

| Abstract: | Reducing substances of plastic blood bags are the small molecular compounds, such as plas-ticizer, stabilizer, lubricant and degradation pieces, released from blood bag materials to anticoagulants or blood products. These reducing substances have a cacoethic effect on blood products and donee. Qualitative and quantitative determination of the reducing substances can be executed by gas chrom- atography-mass spectroscopy(GC-MS)or high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectroscopy(LC-MS). The samples can be dealed with solid-phase extraction(SPE)or solid-phase micro extraction(SPME). |
