摘    要:目的:探讨尿α1-微球蛋白(α1-MG)在慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)不同阶段的变化规律、作用及临床意义。方法:采用ELISA方法测定58例不同阶段CRF患者和18例正常人尿α1-MG水平。结果:CRF患者尿α1-MG高于正常人。Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期CRF患者尿α1-MG随肾损害加重逐渐升高。结论:CRF患者尿α1-MG可作为反映肾损害程度的一个敏感性指标,有助于评价CRF的发生、发展,同时对CRF的诊断和治疗具有指导意义。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the role and the changing of al-MG in different phase of chronic renal function failure(CRF)and to approach its clinical significance. Methods:The urinary levels of α1-MG were examined by ELISA in 58 patients with CRF,as well as 18 health controlswere examined. Results:The urinary levels of α1 MG in patients with CRF were higher than those in the healthy subjects. It stepped up gradually that the urinary levels of α1-MG in the phase of Ⅰ, Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ in patients with CRF increased followed by the damage degree of kidney. Conclusion:The urinary levels of α1-MG in patients with CRF can become a sensitivity index to reflect the damage degree of kidney. It is helpful to appraise development of CRF. Meanwhile there is significant to the guide diagnosis and treatment of patients with CRF.
