| 摘 要： | 目的探讨硬膜外阻滞在治疗带状疱疹神经痛及带状疱疹后神经痛的临床疗效。方法观察24例带状疱疹神经痛患者及25例带状疱疹后神经痛患者,比较带状疱疹神经痛组与带状疱疹后神经痛组患者使用硬膜外阻滞治疗后疼痛缓解程度VAS评分变化。结果带状疱疹神经痛组与带状疱疹后神经痛组患者加用硬膜外阻滞治疗后,VAS评分降低分数分别为6分和4分,两组疼痛评分改变值的差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论硬膜外阻滞治疗对带状疱疹神经痛及带状疱疹后神经痛均有疗效,且对缓解带状疱疹神经痛效果更佳。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy of a single epidural injection of steroids and local anesthetics in the treatment of acute herpes zoster and postherpetic neuralgia（PNH）.Methods 24 herpes zoster patients and 25 PHN were enrolled in this study.the changes of the VAS score treated by epidural injection agents were observed.Results There was significantly decreasing of the VAS score in two groups,6 and 4,respectively.There was significant difference of the VAS changes（P〈0.05）in the two groups.Conclusion Epidural injection has a promising efficacy in the treatment of either acute herpes zoster or PHN,especially in the acute herpes zoster patients. |
