| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨安血冲剂对减轻药物流产后出血的机理.方法:观察安血冲剂对大鼠在体、离体子宫肌及足肿胀的影响,对小鼠出、凝血时间及扭体痛的改变.结果:安血冲剂能明显提高大鼠在体、离体子宫肌收缩幅度(P＜0.05),减慢收缩频率(P＜0.05),对抗大鼠足跖肿(P＜0.05),并能延长小鼠凝血时间(P＜0.05),及减少小鼠的扭体次数(P＜0.05).结论:初步阐明了安血冲剂其止血镇痛作用显著,与临床疗效吻合.

| Abstract: | Objective To relieve the side-effect of heavy vaginal bleeding after medical abortion.Methods:The mouse and the rats were enrtolled,some of them were treated with Anxuechongji (AXCJ) and the others were the control group.Results:It was obvious that AXCJ caused uterine contraction in rats,the difference was significant ( P <0.05) ( P <0.05).AXCJ significantly inhibited the rat food-plate swelling ( P <0.05) and diminished the onset of the torsion induced with acetic acid in mice ( P <0.05).The animal experiments showed that the effect of AXCJ,such as prolongation of clolting tim in mice ( P <0.05).Conclusions:QMT is the effective herbal recipe for bleeding after medical abortion. |
