| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨中医舌诊与舌微循环检测的临床应用指标。方法 :按临床舌诊检查工作并参考文献 ,论证临床指标的应用。结果 :通过舌质和舌苔的发生机理和在病理生理上的改变程度 ,确定了舌微循环的 2 0项指标。结论 :作者确定了舌尖微循环检测的方法和综合定量评定的诊断标准

| Abstract: | To investigate the glassoscopy of traditional Chinese medicine and tougue microcirculation for the indexes of clinical application.Method: According to clinical work on the examination of glassos copy and some references to find and demonstrate the application of clinical ind exes.Results: 20 programs about the tongue microcirculation were dete rmined which were analysed by the body of the tongue and the coating on the ton gue on original mechanism and changes of pathophysiology degree.Conclusion: Authers were to make the method for the examination on the tip of the tongue and a camplex quantitative analysis and evaluation for standard of clinical diagnosis. |
