| 摘 要： | 目的:改善颈椎损伤病人的呼吸功能,减少呼吸系统并发症。方法:对近四年的典型病例,从多方面加强气道护理。结果:本组26例病人有效地维持呼吸功能,未产生相关并发症。结论:做好颈椎损伤病人的气道护理,是改善病人预后的关键措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the patient ' s function with the damnification of cervical vertebra.To reduce the complication of the function of brea th .Methods In recent four years ,the nursing of c ervical vertebra were strengthened from the typical cases in many way.Results26patients of this group,availably maintained the function of breath,and the correlation compl ications never occured.Conclusion s It is pivotal measure of improving t he pa-tient ' s prognostic to have a good nursing of respiratory tract in patients with t he damnification of cervical verteb ra. |
