多区域剥扎注射术治疗环状嵌顿痔的临床对照观察

目的 :观察多区域剥扎注射术治疗环状嵌顿痔的临床疗效。方法 :采用多区域剥扎注射术治疗环状嵌顿痔 4 0例为治疗组 ,与用同样方法治疗环状混合痔 4 0例作为对照 1组及常规外剥内扎术治疗环状嵌顿痔 30例为对照 2组进行对照观察。结果 :3组治愈率比较 ,治疗组与对照 1组无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但治疗组与对照 2组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;3组术后并发症比较 ,治疗组与对照 1组比较无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,而治疗组与对照 2组比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :多区域剥扎注射术治疗环状嵌顿痔疗效满意、术后并发症少。

The Clinical Observation of the Therapeutics to Annular Incarcerated Hemorrhoids with the Operation of Multi-zone Stripping and Ligation and Injection

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapeutics to annular incarcerated hemorrhoids with the operation of multi-zone stripping and ligation and injection.Methods:40 cases of annular incarcerated hemorrhoids treated with the operation of multi-zone stripping and ligation and injection were the treatment group.40 cases of annular mixed hemorrhoids treated with the same operation were the control group I, 30 cases of annular incarcerated hemorrhoids treated with the routine operation of exo-stripping and inter-ligation were the control group II.The clincal effect of three groups were compared with each other.Results:The treatment group was not different from the control group I in healing rate(P>0.05), but have significant differences with the control group II(P<0.01); the treatment group has no difference with the control group I in postoperative complications(P>0.05), and have significant differences with the control group II(P<0.01).Conclusion:The operation of multi-zone stripping and ligation and injection have satisfactive clinical effect and little postoperative complications for annular incarcerated hemorrhoids.
