司帕沙星治疗淋病合并非淋菌性尿道(宫颈)炎的临床疗效观察

评价司帕沙星治疗淋球菌合并解脲尿枝原体，沙眼衣原体感染的尿道炎的临床疗效。口服司帕沙星（商品名：收沙片）２００ｍｇ，每日１次，连服７～１０天。１１０例患者中，淋球菌合并解脲枝原体感染３４例，痊愈３０例，治愈率８８．２％，显效２例，有效率籽９６．７％；合并沙眼衣原体感染３０例，痊毹６例，治愈率８６．７％，显效３例，有效率为９６．７％；同时合并沙眼衣原体和解脲尿枝原体感染４６例，痊愈３９例，治愈率８４

Study on clinical efficacy of sparfloxacin in treating gonorrhea and non-gonococcal urethritis (cervicitis)

To evaluate the efficacy of sparfloxacin in the treatment of gonorrhea and non gonococcal urethritis. One hundred ten patiens were treated with sparfloxacin, 200mg/time, once a day for 7~10d. Among them, 34 patients were gonorrhea with Ureaplasma urealyticum infections, 30 patients were gonorrhea with Chlamydia trachomatis infections, and 46 patients were gonorrhea with Chlamydia trachomatis and Ureaplasma urealyticum infections. The clinical cure rates of the three groups are 88.8%, 86.7% and 84.8%, respectively. Results showed that domestic sparfloxacin is very effective in gonorrhea, Chlamydia trachomatis and Ureaplasma urealyticum with few adverse reactions and convenient in administration.
