昆明山海棠联合甲氨蝶呤治疗老年起病类风湿关节炎

目的：观察昆明山海棠联合较小剂量甲氨蝶呤治疗老年起病类风湿关节炎（EORA）的疗效和安全性。方法：72例活动性EORA患者随机分成两组。治疗组40例，昆明山海棠3片口服，每日3次，甲氨蝶呤7．5mg口服，每周1次。对照组32例，口服甲氨蝶呤15mg．每周1次。疗程均24周。结果：治疗组在6周、12周、24周时有效率分别为32．5％、62．5％和82．5％。而对照组分别为34．38％、65．63％和78．13％。两组疗效比较P〉0．05。但治疗组在日常生活能力、关节肿胀指数、关节肿胀数、关节压痛数和双手平均握力等指标的改善优于对照组（P〈0．05）。不良反应发生率较对照组少（P〈0．05）。结论：昆明山海棠联合小剂量甲氨蝶呤治疗EORA有效、安全。

Clinical study of triptergium hypoglaucum combined with methotrexate in elderly onset rheumatoid arthritis

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy the safety of tripterygium hypoglaucum combined with low dose methotrexate in the treatment of elderly onset rheumatoid arthritis(EORA). Methods:72 patients with EORA were randomly divided into two group. The treatment group(n=40) was treated with tripterygium hypoglaucum 0.54 g per os,3 times a day and methotrexate 7.5 mg per os,once a week.The course of treatment in both groups was 24 weeks. Results:After treatment,the total effective rate at 6,12 and 24 weeks was 32.5%,62.5% and 82.5% respectively in the treatment group,and 34.38%,65.63% and 78.123% respectively in the control group.The efficacy of two groups was near,without significant difference(P>0.05),but the treatment group was superior to the control group in some indices including ADL score,stength,index of joint tenderness and swelling(P<0.05). Conclusion:Tripterygium hypoglaucum combined with low dose methotrexate is effective and safe in treating the elderly onset rheumatoid arthritis.
