糖尿病合并胰腺癌临床早期危险信号

目的：研究糖尿病合并胰腺癌临床早期危险信号,以便早期诊断。方法：采用病例对照研究。病例组36例为2型糖尿病合并胰腺癌患者,对照组40例为单纯2型糖尿病患者,并检测24种研究因素。结果：24种研究因素中,有16个因素具有统计学意义,即吸烟、饮酒、高脂饮食、胆石症、上腹痛、腰背痛、糖化血红蛋白、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血红蛋白（P〈0.05）及消瘦、纳差、乏力、黄疸、胆固醇、血沉（P〈0.01）。结论：糖尿病合并胰腺癌具有临床早期危险信号,重视它们有助于胰腺癌的早期诊断。

The early diagnosis study on diabetes mellitus complicated by pancreatic carcinoma

Objective：To study the clinical early danger signals of diabetes mellitus complicated by pancreatio carcinoma（DMPC） and to improve the diagnosis of the early pancreatic carcinoma.Methods：The case-control study of epidemiology was taken.There were 36 cases with DMPC in the case group.There were 40 cases with simple type 2 diabetes mellitus in the control group.24 kinds of factors were tested.Results：There were 16 in all studied factors（16/24） with statistical significance：smoke,drink liquor,Higher-fat diet,cholelithiasis,upper abdominal pain,lumbodorsalgia,glycohemoglobin,triglyceride（TG）,high-density lipoprotein holesterol（HDL-C）,hemoglobin（Hb）（P〈0.05）,ematiation,poor appetite,fatigue,jaundice,total holesterol（TC）,erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ESR）（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The patients of DMPC have distinct clinical early danger signals compared with those of simple type 2 diabetes mellitus.It is possible to improve the diagnosis of the early pancreatic carcinoma by these signals.
