摘 要: | 在悬液中,50mg/L氯羟二苯醚对大肠杆菌与金黄色葡萄球菌作用10min,对白色念珠菌作用15min,平均杀灭率均为9990%。10%小牛血清可使其杀菌效果略有下降。对不锈钢与铜无腐蚀,对铝与碳钢基本无腐蚀。低毒,对皮肤无刺激作用。

Abstract: | riclosan is a white crystalline powder slightly soluble in water and soluble in organic solvents Laboratory observation on its germicidal effects and corrosiveness was carried outThe results indicated that 50 mg/L triclosan solution with a 10 min contact time could kill 9990% of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus in average and the same solution with a 15 min contact time could kill 9990% of Candida albicans in average 200 mg/L triclosan solution could kill 9999% of E coli in 5 min and 9999% of E coli in suspension containing 10% calf serum in 10 min Immersion in 400 mg/L triclosan solution for 72 h at 23~27℃ did not cause corrosion of stainless steel and copper and essentially did not cause corrosion of aluminum and carbon steel The triclosan is low toxic and non-irritative to skin |
