颅内血肿的低场MRI评价

目的:探讨颅内血肿的低场MRI影像表现。方法:选取31例临床确诊为颅内血肿的患者,所有患者发病后均行MRI和CT检查,分析、总结颅内血肿的低场MRI表现特点。结果:31例颅内血肿患者MRI诊断报告提示血肿者25例,诊断符合率81%。其中急性期符合率58%,明显低于同组病例的CT诊断符合率(100%)。亚急性、慢性期诊断符合率95%,高于CT(67%)。结论:急性血肿的低场MRI表现缺乏特异性,亚急性、慢性期血肿表现较具特征性。

LOW FIELD MRI EVALUATION OF INTRACRANIAL HEMATOMA

Objective： to investigate the intracranial hematoma in the low field MRI findings. Methods： select 31 cases of clinical di- agnosis of intracranial hematoma,in which all patients were performed wutg the MRI and CT examination, analysis, summary intracra- nial hematoma of the low field MRI performance characteristics. Results： In 31 cases of intracranial hematoma patients, MRI diagnosis report,that 25 cases hematoma have get, diagnosis coincidence rate is 81%. The acute phase coincidence rate 58%, significantly low- er than CT diagnosis coincidence rate （ 100% ） in the some group. Subacute, ManXingQi diagnosis coincidence rate is 95%, higher than CT （67%）. Conclusion：Acute hematomas low field MRI of lack specificity, subacute, ManXingQi hematoma with relatively per- formance characteristic.
