| 摘 要： | 勃起功能障碍（ED）是男性糖尿病的常见并发症，糖尿病的神经病变在其发展中起着至关重要的作用，阴茎的勃起是神经支配血管充盈的过程，神经的病变会引起勃起功能的障碍。本文对糖尿病神经病变与勃起功能障碍的研究进行综述。

| Abstract: | Erectile dysfunction （ED） is a male common complication of diabetes mellitus. Diabetic neuropathy plays a vital role in its development. Penile erection is the process of the nerve innervates the vascular filling, as a result, neural lesions can cause erectile dysfunction. This article summarizes diabetic neuropathy and erectile dysfunction. |
