| 摘 要： | 目的：观察联合治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法：50例尖锐湿疣患者分治疗组和对照组进行疗效观察，治疗组采用在电离子祛除疣体的基础上注射用重组人干扰素α-2b局部封闭，术后外搽重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶；对照组单用电离子祛除疣体。结果：治疗组治愈率90％，对照组治愈率55％，两组有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论：联合治疗尖锐湿疣有较好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objectives： To observe the curative effect of electric ion and interferon in the treatment of condyloma acumina- turn. Methods： Fifty patients with condyloma acuminatum were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group were treated with the electric ion. Meanwhile, they were injected with interferon α -2b for local blocking; after the operation, the patients used the interferon α -2b ointment. The control group were treated simply with electric ion. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 90%, and the control group 55%. There was significant difference in the two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： The combined treatment with electric ion and interferon has good curative effect on condyloma acuminatum. |
