摘    要:①目的了解慢性鼻窦炎的细菌分布及其对常用抗生素的敏感性。②方法选择50例慢性鼻窦炎行鼻内镜手术的病人,术中取鼻窦内分泌物进行细菌培养及药物敏感试验。③结果70%的标本有细菌生长,其中需氧菌42株,厌氧菌28株。对需氧菌最敏感的抗生素是环丙沙星、头孢哌酮,其次是舒氨西林;对厌氧菌最敏感的抗生素是舒氨西林,其次是甲硝唑。④结论慢性鼻窦炎治疗应注意厌氧菌感染问题。

Abstract:Objective To study the distribution of bacteria in chronic sinusitis and their sensitivity to commonly used antibiotics. Methods Bacteria culture and drug sensitivity test were carried out for the secretion of sinus obtained during endosco-pic sinus surgery for 50 patients with chronic sinusitis. Results Bacteria were observed in 70% of the species, including 42 strains of aerobes and 28 strains of anaerobes. Cefoperazone, ciprofloxacin, sulbactam and ampicillin were effective for aerobes, especially cefoperazone and ciprofloxacin. Sulbactam, ampicillin, and metronidazole were sensitive for anaerobes, especially sulbactam and ampicillin. Conclusion Anaerobe infection should be paid special attention in treating chronic sinusitis.
