成人麻疹免疫与流行病学特征分析

目的探讨成人麻疹疫苗接种与麻疹疫情暴发、流行的关系,为制定免疫规划和消除麻疹提供科学依据。方法对既往所有麻疹病例进行个案对比,同时采血进行IgM抗体检测,分析不同年龄组及亲疏关系对麻疹疫情形成的影响。结果共查阅本地区2008年麻疹病例1 015例,其中成人占20.59%,实际检测499例,IgM抗体阳性率为66.93%,儿童麻疹发病率与家庭聚集性及成人发病密切相关。结论通过探讨,基本弄清了既往麻疹疫情发病状况,对儿童采取常规免疫、强化免疫及应急接种后,成人麻疹将可能成为最主要的传染源,消除麻疹,成人不容忽视。

Analysis on adult immunity to measles and its epidemiology characteristic

Objective To discuss the relationship of adult vaccination to measles with measles outbreak and prevalence and to provide the scientific basis for formulating immunization program to eliminating measles.Methods All measles cases were contrasted and simultaneously picks the blood samples were taken for IgM immune body examination.the analysis Different age group and friend or stranger were analyzed for influence to measles epidemic situation.Results Total information of 1015 measles cases were consulted this area in 2008.The adult cases taken 20.59%.The positive rate of IgM immune body is 66.93% in 499 samples.The incidence of measles in children have a close relation with the family accumulation and adult cases.Conclusion After routine immunization,the strengthened immunity and the emergency vaccination in children,the adult measles will become the main potential sources of infection.The adult measles should not be neglected for eliminating measles.
