痹证治疗探析

痹证是风寒湿等邪气痹阻经脉气血的一种病证，治疗以祛邪养正，宣通脉络为基本法则，但应注意，其治疗应以通阳为关键，不可过用风药，疾病后期注意培补气血，病久顽固不愈者，适当参用活血化瘀、涤痰通络，甚至虫蚁搜剔，方能取得满意疗效。

Bi syndrome is a kind of syndrome that caused by exogenous evils like wind,cold and dampness blocking channels,qi and blood.As its basic treatment principle,methods of expelling evils and fostering the genuine-qi should be adopted to unblock the channels and vessels.Meanwhile,it is key to activate yang,and avoided to excessively administrating herbs with property of the wind.At the later stage of the diseases,it is important to nourish qi and blood.For stubborn ones,it is appropriate to promote blood circulation,relieve stasis,clear phlegm,dredge channels,or even comb through the joints to eliminate the evils with drugs such as worms and ants.
