| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To discuss about the development strategy of pharmaceutical enterprises in our country in the new century.METHODS:To expound the developing strategy that domestic pharmaceutical enterprises should adopt in respect to technical innovation,development of product,exploitation of market,human capital and enterprise culture.RESULTS & CONCLUSION:Facing the new management environment,the pharmaceutical enterprises in our country should achieve new breakthrough in development strategy to adapt to trend of the times,grasp opportunity and face challenge. |
