急救情景模拟演练对急诊护士抢救能力的作用评价

目的 提高急诊护士应对突发急救事件的抢救能力,增强急救意识.方法 采用急救情景模拟演练的方法,共组织15次60名急诊护士对急诊常见的急危重症抢救进行演练,并对不同层级护士的演练情况进行考核及评价.结果 高年资护士急救演练考核项目得分及评价高于低年资护士（P＜0.05）;不同层级护士急救演练考核得分比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 急救情景模拟演练可提高急诊护士的抢救能力,可加强急诊护士对突发急救事件的应对和处置能力.

Emergency Scenario Simulation Exercises the Role of Emergency Nurses Rescue Capability Evaluation

Objective： To improve nurses dealing with unexpected emergencies rescue ability, enhance the consciousness of emergency,the implementation effect evaluation. Methods： The emergency scene simulation were taken,and 60 emergency nurses were recruited to take simulation exercise for Rescuing critical syndrome for 15 times,and exercise ondifferent levels of nurses were assessed and evaluated. Results： The high qualification nurses first aid training project appraisal and evaluation score were higher than the junior nurses;nurses of different levels of emergency drill assessment score was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusions： Emergency scene simulation exercises can improve rescue ability of emergency nurses, strengthen to deal with the emergency nurses on unexpected emergency events.
