正骨手法结合刺血拔罐治疗神经根型颈椎病临床观察

目的观察正骨手法结合刺血拔罐治疗神经根型颈椎病（CSR）的临床疗效。方法对156例CSR患者行正骨手法结合刺血拔罐治疗，观察周期为3个疗程，采用McGill量表对治疗前后疼痛程度进行测评。结果156例患者中，临床痊愈82例，显效58例，有效13例，无效3例，总有效率98．08％。治疗后的疼痛分级指数（PRI）感觉分、PRI情绪分、PRI总分、疼痛目测类比定级（VAS）和现有疼痛强度（PPI）评分，与治疗前比较均明显改善（P〈0．05）。结论管式手法结合刺血拔罐治疗CSR安全方便、疗效显著。

Clinical Observation of Bone-setting Manipulation with Bleeding and Cupping Treating Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

Objective： To observe clinical effect of bone-setting manipulation with bleeding and cupping treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods： 156 patients were treated with bone-setting manipulation with bleeding and cupping for three courses of treatment. McGill scale was used to assess pain degree before and after treatment. Result： Among 156 patients, 82 cases were completely cured, 58 cases were markedly improved ,and 13 cases showed certain efficiency, with total effective rate of 98.1%.After treatment, the scores of PRI feeling, PRI mood, and PPI, the grade of VAS, and the total score of PRI were better than before,and there were statistical differences （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Guans＇bone-setting manipulation with bleeding and cupping treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy is simple, safe, and convenient with high curative rate, which is worthy of promoting.
