踝三针治疗中风后足下垂的临床观察

目的 观察踝三针治疗中风足下垂的效果.方法 采用对照研究的方法,选择60例中风后足下垂患者分为观察组与对照组,各30例,观察其踝关节背屈和6分钟步行距离,采用X2检验和秩和检验的统计方法进行统计分析.结果 实验组30例中出现踝背屈27例,有效率90.00％;对照组30例中出现踝背屈8例,有效率26.67％,两组有效率差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.观察组与对照组相比较,踝背屈恢复率、踝背屈度数及6 min步行距离的差异均有统计学意义（P＜ 0.01）.结论 踝三针联合康复训练治疗中风足下垂,可尽早恢复踝关节背屈,改善下肢的运动功能.

Clinical Analysis of Ankle-three-needle on Foot Drop of Stroke Patients

Objective： To observe the effect of ankle-three-needle for treatment of stroke patients with foot drop. Methods： 60 cases of patients after stroke with foot drop were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment gorup with 30 patients in each group. After treatment ,these indicators were observed in the ankle dorsiflexion and 6 minutes walking distance by chi square test and rank sum test for statistical analysis. Results： In the test group,27 cases have dorsiflexion of ankle. The efficiency is 90.00% ;In the control group, 8 cases had dorsiflexion of ankle. The efficiency was 26.67%. The efficiencies of two groups were statistically difference （P〈 0.01 ）. There was difference between the two groups in the time of ankle＇s dorsiflexion,rang of ankle＇s dorsiflexion and 6 minutes walking distance （P〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： The ankle-three-needle combined with rehabilitation training treat foot drop of stroke patients can improve the ankle dorsiflexion early to improve the motor function of lower limbs.
