不同电针对SAMP8模型小鼠血清MDA含量、SOD活力及行为学影响

摘    要:目的观察音乐电针和脉冲电针对快速老化小鼠P8亚系(SAMP8)血清MDA含量及SOD活性的影响。方法将实验动物随机分为5组,即模型组、音乐电针组、药物组、脉冲电针组、空白组。模型组和空白组不予以治疗;音乐电针组和脉冲电针都配相同穴位进行相应针刺治疗;药物组予盐酸多奈哌齐灌胃。治疗15d后用Morris水迷宫检测各组小鼠学习记忆能力;测定血清SOD活力和MDA含量。结果模型组的逃避潜伏期时间大于空白组(P〈0.01);而两电针组和药物组与模型组比较,逃避潜伏期时间明显减少(P〈0.01)。模型组血清MDA含量明显高于空白组(P〈0.01),SOD活力明显低于空白组(P〈0.01);而电针组和药物组MDA含量明显低于模型组(P〈0.01),SOD活力明显高于模型组(P〈0.01)。音乐电针组疗效优于脉冲电针组(P〈0.05)。结论不同电针均能够改善SAMP8小鼠的学习记忆功能.可以升高小鼠血清SOD水平,降低MDA水平,而音乐电针疗效略优于脉冲电针。提示音乐电针治疗效果更好。

The Effect of Different Electro-acupuncture Therapies on SOD Activity,Malondialde- hyde Content in Serum of SAMP8 Rats and on Their Behaviors

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effect of musical and pulse electro-acupuncture therapies on MDA content and SOD activity of SAMP8 rats. Methods: 24 8-month-old male rats were randomly divided into four groups : model group (N), musical electro-acupuncture group (M), drug group (D), pulse electro-acupuncture group (E)and blank group (C). Rats in model group and blank group were not treated;rats in musical electroacupuncture group and pulse electro-acupuncture group were treated with acupuncture at related acupuncture acupoints ;rats in drug group were given donepezil hydrochloride gavarage(0.92 milligrams per kilogram). After 15 days of treatment, use the Morris water maze to test the learning and memory ability of mice in different groups and detect the SOD activity and MDA content in the serum. Results: (1)After treatment, escape latency of rats in model group was longer than that of blank group (P〈 0.01),while escape latency of rats in different electro- acupuncture groups and drug group were clearly shorter than that of model group(P〈 0.01 ). (2)In model group, MDA content in serum was significantly higher than that of blank group(P〈0.01 ),but SOD activity was less pow- erful than that of blank group (P〈 0.01). MDA content in different electro-acupuncture groups and drug group was less powerful than model group while SOD activity was more powerful than that in model group (P〈 0.01 ). The effect of musical electro-acupuncture therapy was better than that of pulse electro-acupuncture therapy. Conclusion: Both electro-acupuncture therapies can improve the learning and memory ability of SAMP8 rats,increase SOD activity,and decrease MDA content in serum of SAMP8 rats. But the effect of musical electroacupuncture therapy is better than that of pulse electro-acupuncture therapy.
