脂糖安颗粒治疗代谢综合征临床研究

目的 观察脂糖安颗粒治疗代谢综合征的临床疗效.方法 将代谢综合征患者随机分为两组.均进行生活方式教育,主要为控制饮食、体质量和适量运动.对照组加服二甲双胍肠溶片,治疗组加服脂糖安颗粒,疗程均3个月.结果 治疗组总有效率优于对照组（P＜0.05）.治疗组与对照组治疗后空腹血糖（FBG）、三酰甘油（TG）差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;治疗组治疗后全血黏度、红细胞聚集指数和纤维蛋白原水平优于对照组（P＜0.05）;治疗组与对照组治疗后超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、收缩压（SBP）差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 脂糖安颗粒治疗代谢综合征疗效显著.

Clinical Study of Zhitangan Granule Treating Metabolic Syndrome

Objective： To observe the effect of Zhitangan granule treating metabolic syndrome. Methods： 120 patients with metabolic syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups, 60 cases in each group. Both groups were given lifestyle education, mainly for diet,weight and exercise. The control group was treated with metformin enteric coated tablets. The treatment group was added with Zhitangan granule on the basis of metformin enteric coated tablets. The treatment course lasted for 3 months. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈 0.05）. Fasting blood glucose （FBG） and triglyceride （TG） of both groups after treatment had significant differences （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, blood viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation, and fibrinogen of treatment group were better than those of control group（P〈 0.05 ）. After treatment,high sensitivity C reactive protein （hs-CRP） and systolic blood pressure （SBP） had significant differences （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Zhitangan granule treating metabolic syndrome is effective.
