| 摘 要： | 目的观察不同补锌方式对烧伤大鼠动物模型创面愈合的影响。方法将48只SD大鼠分为四组,每组12只,均在其背部固定部位造成约占总体表面积15%的深Ⅱ度烧伤,A组以含锌饲料喂养,B组局部应用磺胺嘧啶锌外涂,C组采用两种方式联合应用,D组为空白对照组,观察各组大鼠创面的愈合时间,测定其血清锌含量变化。结果A、B、C组创面愈合时间均少于D组(P<0.05),A、B组愈合时间差异无显著性(P>0.05),C组愈合时间少于A、B组(P<0.05),A组内大鼠血清锌含量高于B、D组(P<0.05),但与C组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),B组与D组比较差异也无显著性(P>0.05)。结论局部和全身应用含锌药物联合补锌的方法对烧伤创面的促愈合作用优干单独采用局部或全身补锌的方法,且对血清锌含量的影响同全身补锌相当,值得在临床工作中进一步探讨。

| Abstract: | Objective To examine the effects of different administraions for zinc supplement on the rats' wound healing.Methods 48 SD rats were allocated to four groups,12 in each group.All the rats suffered grade 2 deep back burns covering 15 % of all the total surface.After the burns models were completed,group A were fed on zinc diet,group B received the treatment with Sulfadiazine Zinc smearing,group C were given the treatment which was the combination of group A's and group B's,and group D was blank control group.... |
