摘    要:目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定贵州黔北凹叶厚朴中和厚朴酚的含量.方法 色谱条件:色谱柱为Diamonsil C<,18>以甲醇-水(78:22)为流动相;流速为1.0mL/min;柱温25℃;检测波长为294nm.结果 和厚朴酚线性范围为0.278 4 μg~0.649 6 μg,r=0.999 5;本品的平均回收率为1...

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for the content determination of honokiol in QianBeis Magnolia officinalis by HPLC.Methods A Diamonsil C18 column was used with mobile phase of methanol-water(78 : 22),the detection wavelength was 294nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.Results The calibration curve showed a good linearity with the range of 0.627 2~1.164 8 μg,r=0.999 4.The average recovery was 102.12% and RSD was 1.3%.Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive and accurate.
