夜宁胶囊的成型工艺研究

摘    要:目的 研究夜宁胶囊的成型工艺.方法 分别考察干粉的粉体及颗粒的物理特性(吸湿率、休止角及堆密度等).结果 干粉的吸湿性较大、休止角较小;颗粒的流动性较差;通过制粒可以改善粉体的引湿性及休止角,更有利于装胶囊.结论 夜宁胶囊提取物宜制成颗粒,改善粉体物理特性后进行灌装胶囊,提高成品率.

Abstract:Objective To study the molding process of night-ning capsule.Methods Survey physical characteristics of the dry powder and the particle including hygroscopicity,angle of repose and bulk density,respectively.Results The dry powder has major hygroscopicity and minor angle of repose,and particle has minor fluidity.The hydroscopicity and angle of repose can be improved by granulation which can make the capsule loading easier.Conclusion The extracts of night-ning capsule is suitable to make the particle,and the ...
