| 摘 要： | 目的 筛选唇香草抑菌活性成分及分析其挥发油类化学成分.方法 采用纸片琼脂扩散法和对倍稀释法对唇香草水提取物与挥发油进行抑菌实验研究,经GC-MS联用技术,结合Kovats指数技术对唇香草挥发油抑菌的活性成分进行了成分分析.结果 唇香草挥发油对白假丝酵母菌有较强的抑制作用,水提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌有较强的抑制作用,而对大...
