| Abstract: | Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of matrine in Shiduqing capsule.Methods The separation was performed on a C18 analysis column（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm） with acetonitrile-triethylamine（25 ： 75）as the mobile phase.Flow rate was 1 mL·min-1.The wavelength was 220 nm.Results There was a good linearity within the range of 0.300 2μg~2.401 6 μg（r=0.999 9）.The average recovery was 97.79%,RSD=1.69%（n=5）.Conclusion This method was proved to be simple,accurate and can be used for quality control of Shiduqing Capsule. |
