| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for the determination of emodin and chrysophanol in Muxiang Binglang Wan.Methods HPLC system consisting the Luna C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）column,the mobile phase consisted of Acetonitrile-0.2%H3PO4（81：19）,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,the column temperature was 30℃,UV detector was set at 254 nm.Results The linear response range was 2.52~50.40 μg·mL-1（r=0.999 7）and 0.019~0.380 mg·mL-1（r=0.999 8）,respectively.The average recovery of emodin and chrysophanol were 98.2% and 97.2%,respectively,and RSD2.0%.Conclusion The method was proved to be simple and accurate,repeatable,it can be used for the quality control of Muxiang Binglang Wan. |
