| 摘 要： | 目的研究美乐涂膜剂的抗炎作用及单次给药对皮肤的刺激性。方法采用铁器烫伤制作深Ⅱ度皮肤烫伤模型,测定血清IL-1,IL-6,TNF-α含量;采用完整皮肤、破损皮肤单次给药,观察其刺激性。结果高、中剂量组能够明显降低大鼠烫伤6 h、24 h后血清中IL-1,IL-6,TNF-α含量,与赋形剂组比较膜剂具有抗炎作用及单次用药的安全性。
