| 摘 要： | 目的观察血液透析滤过（HDF）及血液透析（HD）对尿毒症脑病的疗效。方法将80例尿毒症脑病患者随机分为HDF组和HD组，分别给予各组患者相应治疗，观察疗效。结果40例HDF组患者中治愈36例（90％），好转4例；30例HD组患者中治愈17例（56．7％），好转12例，无效11例；HDF组治愈率明显高于HD组。讨论HDF疗法是尿毒症脑病的有效治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe effects of hemodiafiltration （HDF） and hemodialysis（HD） on uremic encephalopathy （UE）. Methods Eighty cases of UE were randomly divided into two groups： HDF group and HD group with respective treatment and the therapeutic effects were observed. Results In 40 cases of HDF group, the uremic eneepha- lopathy were completely remissed in 36 cases（90% ）, and partially remised in 4 cases;in 40 eases of HD group, the uremic encephalopathy were completely remissed in 17 cases（56.7% ）, and partially remised in 12 cases, and invalidated in 11 cases. Conclusion HDF is an effective method on treating UE. |
