胃良性溃疡穿孔腹腔镜修补术后胃镜随访分析

目的 :研究腹腔镜胃穿孔修补术后溃疡修复的变化过程。方法 :胃良性溃疡穿孔 4 5例 ,分别于腹腔镜修补术后 3、6、1 2、2 4个月进行随访 ,通过胃镜观察溃疡修复、演变过程 ,调整临床治疗。结果 :3～ 6个月随访 4 5例 ,胃溃疡H期 ,均有缝线外露 ,幽门螺杆菌 (+) 4例。 1 2个月随访 2 6例中溃疡S期 ,4例见胃腔缝线。 2 4个月随访 7例中 ,缝线消失 ,溃疡A期 1例 ,幽门螺杆菌 (++)。全组病例胃镜活检未发现恶性肿瘤细胞。结论 :腹腔镜下胃溃疡穿孔修补术后 ,用胃镜定期随访 ,可监测溃疡修复过程中形态和组织学的变化 ,对临床治疗有指导意义

The follow-up analyses of gastroscopy in cases with laparoscopic gastric perforation repair

Objective:To study the recovery and change of gastric ulcer in cases with laparoscopic gastric perforation repair by gastroscopy.Methods:45 cases with laparoscopic gastric perforation repair were performed follow up gastrocopy.The recovery and change of gastric ulcer were recorded in the 3rd month,the 6th month,the 12th month and the 24th month respectively.Results:The gastroscopy showed that 45 cases were in H period and the operative suture were found in repair place,4 cases of 45 cases detected helicobacter pyloni(+) by the follow up of 3 6 months.26 cases were in S period and 4 cases of them were found out the operative suture by the follow up of 12 months.The operative suture disappeared in 7 cases and 1 case was in A period and helicobacter pyloni(++) by the follow up of 24 months.All samples of cases were not found out tumor cell by pathological examination.Conclusions:The routine follow up examination of gastroscopy in patients with laparoscopic gastric perforation repair has the advantage of finding out the recovery and change of the gastric ulcer,so it has high guide value in clinical practice.
