MRI和CT在早期股骨头缺血性坏死诊断中的应用价值

目的分析MRI和CT在早期股骨头缺血性坏死诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2018年4月至2020年4月福建医科大学附属泉州市第一医院收治的80例疑似早期股骨头缺血性坏死患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行MRI和CT检查,以手术结果为金标准,比较MRI和CT的诊断价值。结果手术结果显示,80例疑似患者中,65例确诊为早期股骨头缺血性坏死。MRI检查的诊断灵敏度、诊断准确度及阴性预测值均高于CT检查,漏诊率低于CT检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用MRI检查早期股骨头缺血性坏死的诊断灵敏度、准确度、阴性预测值较高,漏诊率较低。

Comparative Analysis of the Diagnostic Value of MRI and CT in Early Avascular Necrosis of the Femoral Head

Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of MRI and CT in early avascular necrosis of the femoral head.Methods From April 2018 to April 2020,80 patients with suspected early avascular necrosis of the femoral head who were admitted to the Quanzhou First Hospital of Fujian Medical University were selected as the main research objects.MRI and CT were used to analyze 80 patients.Patients are examined,and the results of the surgery are used as the gold standard to analyze the results of MRI and CT examinations.Results Pathological examination results showed that among 80 patients,65 were positive and 15 were negative.The sensitivity,diagnostic accuracy and negative predictive value of MRI examination were significantly higher than those of CT examination,and the missed diagnosis rate was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of MRI to examine patients with early avascular necrosis of the femoral head can effectively improve the diagnosis accuracy of patients and reduce missed diagnosis.
