| Abstract: | Objective To explore the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT and ultrasound for acute appendicitis.Methods A total of 102 patients with suspected acute appendicitis admitted to Nancheng Hospital in Dongguan from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected.After admission,all patients underwent multi-slice spiral CT and ultrasound examination.The results of surgical pathology were used as the gold standard to analyze multi-slice spiral CT.And the diagnostic value of ultrasound for acute appendicitis.Results The specificity and sensitivity of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis were higher than those of ultrasonography,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with ultrasound examination,multi-slice spiral CT is more valuable in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis,and can diagnose the disease in time to take corresponding treatment. |
