超声血管造影在射频治疗子宫良性肿瘤中的应用初探

摘    要:目的研究超声血管造影在射频治疗子宫良性肿瘤中的应用价值。方法选择本院经阴道射频治疗子宫良性肿瘤患者144例,除14例术后未获随访外,余130例术前及术后6个月B超检查观察瘤体变化情况;同时对其中78例作治疗前、治疗后即时,以及术后第1、3、6个月作子宫超声血管造影,评价病灶部位血流变化。对造影组与未造影组作射频治疗疗效比较分析。结果子宫良l生肿瘤治疗前后超声血管造影表像更为直观。治疗后1个月开始超声血管造影疗效评价与6个月常规B超检查疗效一致。同时,表明造影组治疗有效率明显高于未造影组(P〈0.05)。结论超声血管造影应用于射频治疗子宫良性肿瘤,操作简便,早期能较准确地判断肿瘤的预后,可显著提高射频治疗疗效。

Exploration for applying ultrasound angiography in radio-frequency for uterine benign tumor
Abstract:Objective Research the effeciacy of radio -frequency for uterine benign tumor (hysteromyoma or adenomyoma) combined with ultrasound angiography. Methods A retrospect to the 144 patients who has been treated by radio - frequency in our hospital from 2005 to 2007 was reviewed. Sonographic evaluations of the tumor size were all made before and six mouths after operation. Experiment group, 78 patients,underwent ultrasound angiography to evaluate the conditions of the blood flow in uterus, which were scheduled at perioperation(soon before and after) and at 1,3,6 mouths later, while control group, 52 patients, not. Results The ultrasound angiography made the treatment of radio - frequncy ablation to hysteromyoma or adenomyoma more precise. The ultrasound angiography at one month follow up showed consentaneous results to the traditional standard ( P 〉 0. 05 ). The experiment group with ultrasound angiography has a higher effective rate than that of control group( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions The ultrasound angiography, as an assisted method, has the merit of simpleness, convinience, harmlessness and objectiveness. A significant improvement in radio frequency ablation can be examined and a earlier judgement in prognosis can be made also.
